Our new CD has just been released! We hope you enjoy listening to it as much as we enjoyed recording it last summer! British lutenist Nigel North joins viol consort Les Voix humaines for Lachrimae, a new recording of John Dowland’s 1604 compositions set for lute and viols. Passionate pavans, galiards, and almands evoke the tears referred to in the title.

We’re delighted to announce that Les Voix humaines are now represented worldwide by the SONUS Agency for Early Music, direction: Andrea Braun. For concerts in Canada, please contact Les Voix humaines directly.

Susie Napper and Margaret Little were in Paris with the exceptional tenor Charles Daniels and the luthist Fred Jacobs to offer a recital of moving works by brothers Henry and William Lawes …

The Voix humaines Consort of Viols (Margaret Little, Mélisande Corriveau, Felix Deak & Susie Napper) went to Poland last September to perform one of its favorite programs : J. S. Bach’s Art of the Fugue.
