Les Voix humaines Viol Consort will be touring Canada with British lutenist Nigel North this fall. Their Lachrimae program will include a new piece commissioned by Early Music Vancouver by Montreal-based composer Stacey Brown on the Lachrimae theme!

The tour will kick off in Montreal with a concert at Salle Bourgie presented by Arte Musica on October 24. Dowland will then be heard in Calgary, Sechelt, Salt Spring, Abbotsford, Vancouver and Nanaimo in the next 10 days – check out our events calendar.
