On the occasion of the 400th anniversary of the death of the English composer John Dowland<\/strong>, L\u2019Harmonie des saisons<\/em> presents a concert devoted to the work of this great master of the Renaissance.<\/p>\n

The program features the celebrated Lachrimae Pavans<\/em> for five viols and lute, complemented by dances and madrigals. Five viols, lute, and virginal combine to create a sound world of remarkable richness.<\/p>\n

For this concert, L\u2019Harmonie des saisons<\/em> joins forces with the renowned viol consort Les Voix humaines<\/strong>, Norwegian lutenist Jadran Duncum<\/strong>, and harpsichordist Olivier Fortin<\/strong> (Ensemble Masques, France). <\/p>\n
